Add an event

Anyone can add or correct a listing. Pick whichever of the three routes suits you. Every submission is checked against thecuration policy before it appears.

1. Pull request

Fastest if you are comfortable with Git. Add one YAML file to data/events/, run npm run validate, and open a pull request. Thecontributing guidehas the exact steps and thedata schemadocuments every field.

2. GitHub issue

No coding needed. Open anevent submission issuewith a link to the official page, and a maintainer will turn it into a pull request.

3. Submission form

No GitHub account needed. Use thesubmission form. A maintainer reviews it and adds the event.

What we need

A link to the organiser's official page, the dates, the location or online format, and an identifiable organising body. We write descriptions in our own words rather than copying the organiser's text.
